Administration selects and oversees regional vocational directors. Directors are evaluated each year.
Administration creates and maintains a list of skills students are expected to learn for each type of job.
Administration writes a Training and Safety Plan for each type of job in the program. Businesses review these plans and work with Olive Grove to adjust them for their specific workplace.
Provide students with access to program resources and monthly training materials. Ensure students complete and document all training each week as part of the Olive Grove Cooperative Education Program, including workplace instruction and assigned training activities. Review and verify that all training is accurately recorded in the student’s weekly log.
